CompareNI Competition Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions“) relate to the prize draw (“Prize Draw“). This Prize Draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom aged 16 or over at the date of entry who have entered a testimonial on to the reviews.co.uk website regarding CompareNI.com at this address: http://www.reviews.co.uk/reviewcollector?store=429b5c14c4ecc85de7981da40…. The Prize Draw is not available to employees of Seopa Limited (“CompareNI.com”) or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of this promotion or their families (“Eligible Entrants“).

2. Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon entry

3. There is one prize to be won during the Entry Period. The prize will consist of a Gift Certificate form Amazon.co.uk to the value of £100. The winner shall receive the prize within 30 days of being selected.

4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold.

5. The winner will be picked at random and the decision of CompareNI.com will be final. CompareNI.com will not enter into further correspondence as to the decision of the prize winner.

6. The winner will be notified on 05/05/2021 via the email address supplied upon entry or via Facebook. The winner will be asked to reply to CompareNI.com to confirm their contact details. The winner will be required to confirm the acceptance of the prize and these Terms and Conditions within 28 days of notice otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

7. Details of the winner will be posted online at www.compareni.com. The winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph for publicity purposes and is willing to participate in advertising and any relevant public relations exercise undertaken by CompareNI.com and/or participating retailers.

8. Confirmation of the winner is available upon request by writing to CompareNI.com, 5th Floor Link Building, Adelaide Exchange, 24-26 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GD.

9. By entering this Prize Draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by CompareNI.com for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which you have consented. CompareNI.com will only use your personal data for the purposes of the Prize Draw and any other purposes to which You have consented and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

10. Neither CompareNI.com nor any of its affiliates, officers, directors, agents or employees will have any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment arising in connection with the participation in this Prize Draw or as a result of accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude CompareNI.com’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

11. All efforts will be made to offer the prize as advertised but events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of CompareNI.com and accordingly CompareNI.com may at its absolute discretion cancel, vary or amend the prize, Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and each Eligible Entrants agrees that no liability shall attach to the CompareNI.com as a result.

12. Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of Northern Ireland and the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

15. CompareNI.com cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by You for entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting the £100 voucher. CompareNI.com is not responsible for any failure of an entry to be received for any reason whatsoever. Nothing shall exclude CompareNI.com’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
